Dalkia Pacific Zone - Overview

Dalkia Pacific Zone was created when Dalkia Australia Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Dalkia International) entered the Australian and New Zealand markets on the 1st December 2006, and has its headquarters in North Ryde, NSW, Australia.

Dalkia Pacific Zone is actively supporting and growing the Dalkia International business model and has recently secured a number of significant customer commissions to provide holistic and sustainable solutions to their energy requirements that fit Dalkia's core business principles and demonstrates the ability to deliver customer focused energy management solutions. Through the optimisation of each customer's unique energy requirements, Dalkia provides the answers to ensuring the best balance of reliability, continuity and consumption for those customers' needs.

Furthermore, through specific focus on HVAC activity, Dalkia remains the number one supplier (by revenue) of large kW, commercially applied, chilled water systems through its exclusive Trane distribution licence, which includes Tracer HVAC Control solutions. Dalkia is also Australia's exclusive Trend Controls Technology Centre, able to source, install and service Trend Building Management Systems (BMS), a key aspect of managing energy consumption. Finally, Dalkia is also a significant HVAC service company in Australia and New Zealand.
