Dalkia is traditionally a product autonomous company, and at the end of 2007 Dalkia Energy Services Pty Ltd was incorporated to maintain this philosophy for the provision of energy and environmentally based solutions. Dalkia Energy Services (DES) has a close contractual and supportive working relationship with Dalkia Technical Services who provide the project delivery and the long term servicing of the solutions developed by DES.

Similarly to DES, Dalkia Solutions Pty Ltd was incorporated at the end of 2007 to manage the Facilities Management offering of Dalkia in Australia and New Zealand.
